Fugaji Digital acts as a digital platform that connects buyers, sellers, breeders, service providers, and suppliers. Fugaji is not automatically the seller of listed animals, products, or services unless clearly stated.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, communications, agreements, and transactions. Buyers and sellers should verify documents, health information, ownership, breed claims, and payment terms before completing any transaction.
Marketplace Conduct
Misleading listings, abusive behaviour, fraud, false breed claims, harmful animal treatment, and unlawful activity are not permitted and may lead to account restrictions or removal.
Disputes
Transactions and agreements remain the responsibility of the parties involved. Fugaji is not responsible for private disputes, losses, or outcomes arising from transactions between users.
